Admin settings — SF Station, Locker, Partner Point

Configure HK Pickup after install. Open from Shopify Admin → Apps → HK Pickup (opens in a new tab).

Install HK Pickup on the Shopify App Store →

Open Shopify Admin → Apps → HK Pickup. The page has three tabs:

Tab Purpose
Settings Pickup types, order attributes, colors, translations (below)
Installation Enable the theme app embed (master on/off)
Tutorial Links to setup guides

On Settings, use the section links or scroll to:

Section What it controls
Pickup types Which SF categories appear in the storefront picker, per region
Order attributes Whether the SF Express choice is saved on the order (on by default)
Colors & theme Optional dialog colors (off by default)
Translations Optional popup text in English, 繁體, 简体

Click Save settings at the top after any change.

Choose which SF Express categories customers can filter and select, per region. The table has a Hong Kong row and a Macau row. Each row has:

Toggle SF category Examples
SF Station (順豐站) Store 順豐站 SF station counters
SF Locker (順豐自助櫃) Locker 自助櫃 Self-service lockers
SF Partner Point (合作點) Partner 合作點, excluding Circle K Partner shops (合作店)
Circle K (OK便利店) Partner 合作點 — Circle K only OK convenience stores
  • All eight toggles are on by default. At least one of the eight must stay on — otherwise the pickup list is empty.
  • Untick Circle K to hide OK convenience stores while keeping other partner points. On the storefront, Circle K points are still listed as SF Partner Point.
  • Disabled types are hidden from the Service type dropdown for that region.
  • When both regions have points, the storefront shows a Hong Kong / Macau filter (it defaults to Hong Kong). Districts follow the selected area. If only one region is enabled, that filter stays hidden.
  • A Macau point checks out with country Macau. Your store must ship to Macau, or untick the Macau row.
  • You do not upload locations — HK Pickup loads SF Express data for Hong Kong and Macau automatically.

Master on/off for the whole feature is not here — use Theme editor → App embeds.

Save SF Express details on the order is on by default. When on, each order records the customer’s delivery choice as order attributes, visible on the order page in Shopify Admin:

Attribute Example
_sf_delivery_mode pickup or home
_sf_pickup_code 852TAL
_sf_pickup_type SF Locker
_sf_pickup_address, _sf_pickup_region, _sf_pickup_district Pickup point address
_sf_pickup_locale zh-HK

Untick it and click Save settings to leave these attributes off new orders. Pickup checkout still fills in the shipping address with the SF code, for example [852TAL] 1 Example Rd. Reload your storefront after saving.

Customization is off by default. With it off, the dialog uses built-in styles that work on most themes.

  1. Check Enable customization under Colors & theme.
  2. Set any of these colors (hex or CSS color values):
Field Affects
Primary button Main actions (e.g. Continue to checkout)
Secondary background Secondary buttons
Secondary border Secondary button borders
Selected row Highlighted pickup location in the list
Dialog backdrop Dimmed area behind the popup
  1. Click Save settings.
  2. Reload your storefront to see changes.

Leave a color field blank to keep the default for that token.

For fonts, corner radius, and theme matching, see Styling the dialog.

Uncheck Enable customization and save. The storefront returns to default styles after reload.

Dialog copy depends on whether Enable customization is on.

The storefront uses built-in labels from the HK Pickup app extension (English, 繁體中文, 简体中文). They follow the customer’s active storefront language automatically.

To tweak default wording without HK Pickup admin overrides, use Shopify Translate & Adapt on the app extension locale strings (Apps → HK Pickup in Translate & Adapt, or Settings → Languages). The theme editor app embed has no label text fields — only checkout selectors and Pilot / Developer mode.

Override dialog text in the Translations table below (English, 繁體, 简体). Worker admin values take precedence over the built-in extension locales.

  • Leave blank → built-in default (shown in grey under each input).
  • Type your text → your override is used for that language.
Field Where it appears
Dialog heading Title of the popup
Step 1 pickup option / Step 1 ship-to-address option The two choices on the first screen
Step 2 heading Title of the SF pickup list. Separate from the step 1 option, so you can rename one without changing the other
Home delivery button, Confirm pickup button, Back button Buttons
Search placeholder, Search field label Search box
Service type filter label, District filter label, All types option, All districts option Filters
SF Station option, SF Locker option, SF Partner Point option Service type choices. Circle K points are listed under SF Partner Point
Empty results message, Error message, Loading message, Results count prefix Status text
Checkout copy note Note above the buttons saying the address is copied when the customer taps Checkout. Leave blank for the default

Location names and addresses in the results list come from SF Express data — they are not edited here.

HK Pickup saves the customer’s delivery choice on the order via cart attributes:

  • _sf_delivery_mode — pickup or home
  • SF pickup fields (_sf_pickup_code, _sf_pickup_type, _sf_pickup_address, region, district, locale) — only when the customer chose SF Express pickup

View them under Shopify Admin → Orders → Additional details. Full attribute list: Quickstart → What is saved on the order.

These are saved only while Order attributes is on (the default). If you turned it off, new orders have no _sf_* attributes — use the shipping address, which starts with the SF code (for example [852TAL]), instead.
